The vowel letter “o / oa” in the clusters “ oar , or” may have the speech sound.

Say “oar” if you need an oar to row a boat.
Say “oar” if your hands are coarse and your voice is hoarse. Say “oar” if you see a wild boar.
Say “or” if you go in the north direction.
Say “or” if you take part in sports.
Say “or” if your sister is short.
