Lesson 47          /aʊ /
The vowel letter clusters “ou/ow” has the speech sound.

Say “ou” if you if you see a wolfhound.
Say “ou” if you if the blouse costs a pound.
Say “ou” and “ow” if you bound for town.
Say “ou” if you see a tiger pounce on a mouse.
Say “ou” if you go round and round the town.
Say “ou” if you bounce the ball on the ground.
